OUR MINISTRIES

With their parent's permission, the Good News Club® meets children in a safe environment: in schools (yes, schools!), community centers, churches, and neighborhood homes. Teachers who are screened, trained, and equipped lead action-packed Good News Clubs every week, delivering the timeless truths of the Bible in exciting, engaging, and fun ways. Children learn the Gospel, and many come to know Jesus as their Savior.

 A 5-Day Club® meets kids right where they are. Placed right in their neighborhoods, 5-Day Clubs meet during the children's summer break from school.  The club's teachers are trained and equipped to lead action-packed 5-Day Clubs for one solid week, delivering the timeless truths of the Bible in exciting, fun, and engaging ways. Children learn the Gospel, and many come to know Jesus as their Savior. The hour and an half sessions offer many fun-filled bible centered activities including: dynamic Bible lessons, creative learning activities, inspiring missionary stories, meaningful songs, and life-changing Scripture memorization.

 Christian Youth In Action® (CYIA™) is a program designed to train you and a team of other young people in effective and engaging ways to teach children about God. High school and college-age students from around the state are coming together to reach the boys and girls of your community – and YOU can be a part of this team!

Teaching Children Effectively (TCE™) training offers a fresh approach to evangelizing and teaching children. Based on spiritual and educational principles, the course provides methods and procedures to lead children to Christ and disciple saved children in the Word of God. Student practicums are a vital part of the instructional procedure, which makes TCE a refreshing way to train Christians in child evangelism. We equip believers with basic skills for organizing and conducting productive children’s Bible classes, as well as beginning and sustaining a children's ministry where they live.

  Prayer is an important part of our ministry. "Fueled by Prayer" is an international prayer ministry whose purpose is to encourage Christians to join in group prayer together by telephone, and also to encourage others to join us in prayer.   For each call made by a registered prayer partner, money is donated into the CEF Coachella account by a generous donor named Jimmie Borders  You can partner with us in this endeavor by becoming a Fueled by Prayer partner; where you will be assigned an individual number and each time you call in to pray, Jammie Borders' organization will make a financial contribution to CEF Coachella.
